The German Red Cross, Landesverband Sachsen-Anhalt e.V. uses personal data in accordance with German Federal Data Protection Law and other law concerning data.

Our technical and organisational measures guarantee the safe usage with those data. The compliance with the current data law is subject to constant review by our data protection manager.

Personal data are information, which concern you as a person. It contains all data like your name, surname, date of birth, address, title, telephone number, e-mail address as well as information, which you submit to us via our contact webpage.

With each access of a user to our internet webpage and with each demand of a file, the data concerning this process will be temporarily saved and processed in a protocol file on our web server. These data will be evaluated and immediately deleted for the purposes of the technical procedure, for statistical reasons as well as to improve our internet webpage.

There will be no other usage or the transfer to a third person.

Your personal data, which you transfer to us via our contact webpage, will be saved and processed only for the purpose of answering your request and the correspondence with you and the DRK Landesverband Sachsen-Anhalt e.V. We will not transfer your data to a third person.

While establishing contact (e.g. via our contact form or e-mail) the data of the user will be saved for the purpose of processing the request and for further questions.

Objection to the data usage:

You can object to the usage of your data any time according to the German Federal Data Protection Law. You also have the right to correct, block or delete the data you have transferred to us. You can ask for the disclosure of the saved data and the purpose of it at any time.

Our internet webpage contains links to other websites. We have no influence as to whether the operators of those webpages act according to the current data laws. We also have no influence as to the legitimacy of the content of those websites. Thus, we do not take any responsibility for the content of those websites.
